PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy explains the information processed when the official AUTOCORRUPT website and its owner-controlled tools are used.

PRE-LAUNCHNOT DEPLOYEDLAST UPDATED · 31 AUGUST 2026

1. SCOPE

This Policy covers the public AUTOCORRUPT website and its private owner/admin tools. Third-party platforms and websites apply their own privacy policies separately.

2. NORMAL WEBSITE AND SECURITY DATA

When the website is requested, hosting and security infrastructure may process standard HTTP and operational information such as IP address, request time, requested route, browser or device information, network and security signals, and server logs. This information may be used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the website.

3. FIRST-PARTY PRODUCT SIGNALS

The public site records limited first-party events needed to understand product use, including page views, corruption interactions, share intents or clicks, campaign attribution, and verified-social outbound clicks. These records use bounded classifications and aggregates; the analytics system is not designed to store visitor identity or raw arbitrary words. A share intent or click is not treated as proof that a social post was published.

AUTOCORRUPT does not add advertising trackers, visitor fingerprinting, or external analytics providers through this Policy.

4. OWNER AND ADMIN AUTHENTICATION

Private tools may receive authenticated account information from the ChatGPT authentication layer and process derived authorization identifiers necessary to verify the owner, enforce access controls, protect mutations, and maintain safe audit history. Authenticated sessions and request-forgery protection may use security cookies where required by the current service.

5. PRIVATE MEDIA AND ASSET METADATA

The owner may upload private PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, or MP4 files to the Asset Library. AUTOCORRUPT stores the private original in its restricted object storage and stores associated metadata such as filename, detected format, size, checksum, dimensions, duration, codecs, acceptance state, associations, and audit timestamps. Public visitors cannot access the private Asset Library.

6. CONDITIONAL TIKTOK CONNECTION

If the owner later chooses to connect TikTok, AUTOCORRUPT may receive and process TikTok account identifiers, granted authorization scopes or tokens, and publishing or status information necessary to perform actions that the owner explicitly authorizes. This Policy does not mean TikTok connection or publishing is currently active.

Authorization tokens and credentials are operational secrets, not public content. They must not be placed in public pages, analytics records, media files, or public browser output.

7. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURE

Hosting, storage, authentication, database, and security infrastructure may process information only as necessary to operate and protect the service. If the owner connects a third-party platform, information necessary for the requested action may be transmitted to that platform. AUTOCORRUPT does not sell personal information and does not claim to share visitor data with advertisers.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal process.

8. SECURITY

AUTOCORRUPT uses safeguards appropriate to the current architecture, including owner authentication and authorization, origin and same-site controls, request-forgery protection, strict request validation, private media storage, restricted server-side operations, and secret-safe logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. RETENTION

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, integrity, auditability, owner-controlled publishing history, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and operational state. This Policy does not promise a fixed retention period or an automated deletion workflow.

10. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a person may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. These rights may be limited where information must be retained for security, audit integrity, legal obligations, or the rights of others.

11. THIRD-PARTY POLICIES

TikTok, X, Telegram, ChatGPT, and other linked services control their own processing and publish separate privacy policies. Review the relevant platform policy before using or connecting that service.

12. UPDATES AND CONTACT

This Policy may be updated when the service, integrations, or applicable requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current published version.

General questions may be raised through the verified AUTOCORRUPT Community linked from the official website. Do not post sensitive personal information publicly; first request an appropriate private follow-up method.
